Founded by Chef Miki, a Grand Master Thai Culinary Chef, PTF offers authentic pad thai dish that features stir-fried Thai rice noodles with shrimp or other types of meat toppings, tofu, eggs, and bean sprouts. What makes our taste exquisite is our signature pad thai sauce inspired by an award-winning recipe that dates back to the 1930s.
